The PNG Minister of Environment and Conservation John Pundari visits Djunbunji

The Papua New Guinea Minister of Environment and Conservation, the Hon. John Pundari visited Djunbunji rangers on 25th January.

Despite several days of heavy rain, the ministerial delegation was welcomed with a traditional smoking ceremony and took a walk around the Mayi Bugan trail.

The Kokoda Regional Initiative in PNG is funded by the Australian Government, and we look forward to opportunities to share information and perhaps have exchange visits in future.
